Shipping Policy

Ship Date All editions of the Friends Furever Mail Club ship on the 12th of each month. Orders placed after the 25th will begin with the following month's edition. To ensure every box is packed with care, subscriptions placed after the 25th of the month will begin with the next available mailing.  For example, subscribing by June 25th means your first mailing ships July 12th. Subscribing after June 25th means your first mailing ships August 12th — worth the wait, we promise! 

Shipping Method We ship via USPS First Class Mail as a letter or flat mailer. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after the ship date, though delivery times may vary.

Tracking Because we ship as letter mail, tracking is not included by default. You won't receive a tracking number, but you will receive a shipping confirmation when your edition goes out. If you have any concerns about your delivery, don't hesitate to reach out!

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Missing Mail If your edition hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of the ship date, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right! We are not responsible for mail lost or delayed due to USPS errors, but we will always try to help.

Address Changes Please make sure your shipping address is up to date before the 20th of each month. Address changes requested after that date may not be applied until the following month's edition. You can update your address by contacting us directly.
