Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including on sale items and gift cards.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gabrielle@dearlydesigned.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right! 🐾
Cancellations
As all orders enter our processing system immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept cancellations for one-time orders. For subscription cancellations, please see our Subscription Cancellation Policy.
