What is the Friends Furever Mail Club?
The Friends Furever Mail Club is a monthly subscription delivering whimsical handmade happy mail straight to your mailbox — think postcard art, signed letters, and cozy surprises, all crafted with love.
When will my subscription letter ship?
Subscriptions ship on the 12th of each month via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery, though this can vary depending on your location.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at gabrielle@dearlydesigned.com with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at gabrielle@dearlydesigned.com before your next billing date.
Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely! A Dearly Designed subscription makes a truly unique and heartfelt gift. Here's how to do it:
- Add the subscription to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- At checkout, enter your email address (so you receive the order confirmation) and the recipient's shipping address.
- Use the order notes field to let us know it's a gift! Include the recipient's name, and if you'd like them to know who sent it, add your name too — we'll include it in their envelope.
Want to gift to multiple people? Simply place a separate order for each recipient — one per person, each with their own mailing address. It's the perfect gift that keeps on giving, month after month!
Please double-check the address — we can't reroute mail once it's sent!
